2011 U.S. Constitution Ornament

2011 U.S. Constitution ornament is a miniature metal reproduction of the original Constitution.

The US Constitution was created September1, 1787 and ratified June 21, 1788. The authors of the Constitution were the Delegates of the Philadelphia Convention and the purpose of the document was to replace the “Articles of Confederation.” On the back of the ornament is inscribed:

“Constitution of the United States – We the People of the United States, in Order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.”
